Terms and Conditions for Mini Ruffled Dress Giveaway

Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older. Employees of The Register (Pty) Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

Prize: One Mini Ruffled Dress of the winner's choice, valued at R895.The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Available sizes are S, M, L, and XL.

Competition Period: The competition starts on 22nd November 2024 and ends on 01 December 2024 at 23:59 SAST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on 02 December 2024.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Publicity: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

General: The Register (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of The Register (Pty) Ltd's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by The Register (Pty) Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery Policy:

1. Delivery Charges:
- Prices listed exclude delivery charges.
- A flat-rate delivery fee of R99.00 will be applied to each order
2. Delivery Methods:
- We use Courier Guy for all our deliveries to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
- Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding in such
instances.
4. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed for delivery once payment is received and reflecting in the account of
The Register (Pty) Ltd.
5. Dispatch Notifications:
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp containing a tracking reference for
your order.
6. Weekend and Holiday Dispatch:
- No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will
be processed on the next working day.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy:
- Ensure that your delivery address is accurate to prevent any delays. Contact us promptly if there are
any address changes needed.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items are eligible for return within 7 days from receiving of the item.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging
(including all tags and labels).
2. Initiating a Return:
- Contact us via E-mail or WhatsApp to initiate the return process.
- Provide your invoice number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
3. Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the
refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and paid into your bank account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- We assure you that all items will be thoroughly checked prior to delivery.
- However, in the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will
arrange for a replacement or refund.
